Anyone heard of "Harry"

It seems to be the pejorative term used in frum circles to describe the type of guy your parents would like but who is missing key social cues. The illurstration my siblings and their spouses offered was of a "frumed out" YU guy who may dress in white and black but still carry a backpack or wear white socks. Anyone else familiar with Harry? Is the female equivalent called "Harriet?"

Asked about it based on a Yated letter. A "Harry" seems to be a bochur that doesn't quite fit in with all of the unwritten rules.

Don't we spend a lot of time and effort teaching our children to avoid lashon hara? Isn't calling someone a Harry in direct contradiction to the chinuch we're giving them? Is that why we're paying tuition? Of course, many parents don't display the best middos themselves, so it's unfair to blame it entirely on the schools.

Hence the title of the blog AYeshivishHarry.blogspot.com. (Nice guy. :) )
I don't really get this word either. Every time I ask for a definition, I get a different answer. I was going to include it in my post about yeshivish words, but my brother says its not completely yeshivish.
